Mama and her kids
Both billies, and cute! as! buttons! The babies are so soft. Soft like puppies. I fell in love, but Darren said we can't have a goat.

Oh, this guy was so cute. And soft! Baby goats don't have coarse hair like adults - it's soft like puppies. That's his owner holding him. Turns out, she works with Darren. Now I feel bad for not recognizing her from the Christmas party. She's really cool, though.

Mister doesn't mind the horses stomping around, but he's smart enough to stay out of their way.

Mister has so completely adopted Jenn and her family that he doesn't feel like wandering far away. He goes outside and sits in the shade or explores the barn or visits the horses (!!!), all without a leash now.

Cat paws for size reference
Before I go blocking this bad boy (where? where am I going to find a place to block it?), quick question: It's kitchen cotton. Should I dye it? I ran out of cream, which is old anyway and may end up washing a little whiter, but not much. The white is only on the edging, and I'm not sure if I like the contrast.

She rarely sits on this chair
It's made of lint brush, so we try to remember to put a towel on it when we're not using it. She is quick to notice when we forget. Doesn't this look like an Olan Mills pose?

George's toes
George was Packet's not-so-secret crush when we lived in Greenhills. He lived two doors down and was just a sweet guy who'd let himself into your house if you weren't careful. Packet will STILL come running if you say, "Hi, George!"
I can sit here and call Packet by HER name all day long. I say, "Hi, George!" just one time, and she runs over to see where he is.
Sadly, George passed away last year. I almost told her about that last night, but then I got tears and decided she didn't need to know.
