I dunno, I thought she'd feel left out. Judging from the 'make her stop with the cocoa' look she's giving the camera, though, perhaps I overestimated her holiday spirit.

What once was a Christmas ornament is now a cat toy on a tree
Went over to Jenn's last night and noticed that all the ornaments near the bottom of the tree looked like this. Rather spectacular in the afternoon light, yes?

I can't believe this Christmas gift! Jenn found a spinning wheel LAMP. We plugged it in, but the lamp didn't work. The legs are too short to treadle, but if you lift it up, you can get the wheel spinning. How hard does this rock?

A spinning wheel lamp. The legs are too short, but if you pick it up, you can actually treadle. The lamp doesn't work, but I'm going to see if I can't just get another fixture to repair that.
