OMG you guys I totally just baked a loaf of bread
Wheat bread. It's cooling now (see, I have no rack - that's how often I bake). It smells *heavenly*.

7 Days, Day 3 - Yogurt!
This morning, Darren told me that we haven't been drinking enough milk. To wit, we have 4L of it in the fridge, all with an expiration date of July 12. We are merely two casual milk-drinking humans, so I used this as an excuse to make another batch of crock-pot yogurt. This is phase 3: active cultures have been whisked in, and now we bundle up the crock in a faux-sheepskin blanket under a giant bath towel for 8 hours while they do their thing. Last batch turned out quite yummy, and I'm hoping this batch will, too.
