Got to visit the horsies today
Snooker, Bert, Honey, Leia (Shadow, Butter, and Diego are in the standing stalls behind me). They're all pretending to be sociable because I showed up with carrots.

Snooker loves his grain
Katie put his grain down and he started holding his right front hoof in the air. I thought something was wrong, but she told me he just gets all excited about his grain and that's how he expresses his happiness. Ignore his mud spots. He got dirty today.

Me n the old man
Snooker is in his late 20s, I think. This year, he got this cool stringy thing instead of a fly mask, and it works a heck of a lot better. I brushed him today, and he was a happy guy.

Snooks gives Katie some looooove
He wasn't feeling so great today - seems the old blind man walked himself into a thorn bush and got infected. Plus, Patience keeps trying to 'play' with him.
